Traditional recipe - A festive dish
Biryani is a festive dish that you may have discovered during an Indian celebration. Composed mainly of rice, this dish owes its notoriety to the complexity of the spices that compose it. The biryani masala has no less than 14 spices that are perfectly balanced to seduce the most refined palates.
The intense aromas of nutmeg flower are harmoniously balanced with the roundness of cinnamon and the freshness of cardamom.
We offer you its Chicken version that you can accompany with a Raïta.
This condiment is an essential fresh accompaniment to your biryani.
Our childhood
This dish reminds us of many family gatherings. When we were younger, our mothers prepared their biryani masala and already the house smelled of the sweet scent of spices.
When we made our friends taste this dish, the same remark came up: "I love it but it's a little too spicy for me".
Creation of our masala
In India, there are an infinite number of Biryani masala recipes. Each family has its own recipe, here we offer you the one we use for our celebrations.
To make our recipe accessible, we have reduced the chilli level.
